Embodied Wayfinding offers a gentle, relational mentorship for people exhausted from fighting their bodies or their lives - where authentic change unfolds through deeper listening, not pushing harder.
Many people who find their way here have tried diets, talk therapy, or self-help and still feel disconnected from their bodies, their intuition, or their sense of direction. This work supports real, lasting change — not by pushing harder or fixing yourself, but by listening more deeply to the wisdom of the body so understanding and integration can unfold naturally.

What This Work Is Really About
Many of us learned early to adapt — through food, control, disconnection, or over-functioning — in order to feel safe, loved, or okay.
Embodied Wayfinding creates the conditions to gently turn toward those adaptations rather than fight them.
Through somatic, mindfulness-based exploration, we listen together to what your body and inner world have been holding — often outside of conscious awareness. As understanding deepens, old patterns often soften. New responses, choices, and ways of relating can begin to emerge organically.
Transformation in this work doesn’t come from effort or willpower.
It arises through being met.

How the Mentorship Is Structured
Embodied Wayfinding is a 3-month somatic mentorship with 9 sessions, intentionally designed to support depth and integration.
We meet three times per month
One week each month is a built-in pause — for rest, integration, and nervous-system settling
Sessions are 70 minutes and held online or in person
Email support between sessions is included for brief reflections and integration support
This rhythm honors both your system and mine, allowing the work to unfold without pressure.
Sessions May Include:
Somatic inquiry informed by Hakomi principles
Mindfulness and present-moment exploration
Gentle movement or embodied experiments when supportive
Exploration of different parts and inner ages
Space for emotion, meaning-making, and integration
Each session is guided by what’s alive in you — not a predetermined agenda.
What This Work Is Not
To support clarity and safety, it’s important to name what this mentorship is not:
It is not a diet, meal plan, or weight-loss program
It is not about fixing, optimizing, or overcoming yourself
It is not a quick transformation or breakthrough experience
It is not advice-giving or problem-solving focused
People seeking fast results or external answers often find this work frustrating.
Humans drawn to curiosity, depth, and listening often find it relieving.

My mission is to offer presence, attunement, and skillful somatic guidance so that your own inner wisdom can come forward. I’m here to support authentic change by helping you listen more deeply to yourself and live from what feels true.
This work is grounded in somatic, relational practice and shaped by the principles of mindfulness, nonviolence, organicity, and mind–body holism.
